I am an artist, author and curator based in UK, with a full curatorial practice since 2003. I work on themes of representation and reality across a variety of media and collaborations.
In recent years I have co-curated the itinerant art project 'AGM-Annual General Meeting', the festival of citizen journalism 'Made in Video', Copenhagen, the television formats LAPTALK and CPS for tv-tv Copenhagen. I collaborated with a number of media and art projects in Germany, Italy, Denmark, Sweden and UK. I have lectured internationally and published in Esse Arts+Opinions (Canada), Altyazi Magazine (Turkey), Journal of Media Cultural Politics (UK), Pages Magazines (Holland) and Neue Review (Germany).
Curating, producing and distributing art is not about objects; it's about experiences, meanings and ideas. There is no thing as one audience: there are many audiences, and each different from the other. My aim is to broaden these audiences, and bring them closer to the producers, by means of exhibition programming.
