Chloë Hurst

Newcastle
Multi-disciplinary artist connected to London, Norfolk and North East England.

I produce paintings and digital art by playing with the idea of experiencing vision as a paradox of actuality through perspective, presenting an  intangible yet familiar narrative. The theme of vulnerability is evoked through ideas of momentary existence, memory and escapism.

References are produced by entering text prompts consisting of visual hints describing the setting of old memories, AI text > image generated pictures, alongside self-shot observational videos, archival and found material.
