Dead Paisley

Cardiff
My practice explores our relationships with objects through installation, found materials, and wearable art. Blending surrealism, world-building, and fantasy, I create immersive sculptures that challenge desire, attachment, and mortality.

I’ve always been fascinated by the way we collect, treasure, and even obsess over objects—whether they’re precious heirlooms or things most people would overlook. I love working with found materials, giving them new life in immersive installations and wearable artworks that sit somewhere between artefact and invention.

My work invites audiences to reconsider the objects they surround themselves with, the narratives they project onto them, and the inevitable, transformative cycle of endings and beginnings. Far from morbid, my approach is a celebration of life’s impermanence—a reminder that through openly experiencing and trying to understand our grief, we live more fully.
