Acrylic and carbon on linen stretchers. A minimal landscape that toys with the desire to explore. Also a homage to British Op painter David Whitaker. 1969 was the year of my birth and also the year Whitaker produced the painting that this visually refers to. This was produced for an artist exchange program between Bloc project, Sheffield, UK and Nastupiste Gallery, Topolcany, Slovakia.
