A Fleet of Ideas

101 paper boats on a river of salt and sand. This installation was originally part of an MAC Craftspace Touring exhibition 'Marking the Moment'. It formed part of Welfare State International's advanced training courses for celebrants and the exhibition 'Good Grief' in Hereford Cathedral. In 2007 it was installed at the South Bank Centre as part of their Rites of Passage/International Workshop Festival.
