Another World VII

Oil on board, The series 'Another World' touches the sphere of the sacredness. I have tried to express my sense of existence, a withdrawal from the materialism of the world to enter a personal relationship with God. In the main center of the work there is the individual state of the person praying, immersion into silence, both spiritual, as well as the physical. How to define the sacred? Is it a discovery, a journey or dialogue? Trying to explain its dimensions or significance, in my belief, may lead to moving away from its true core.
