A wind powered kinetic work and video. Lengths of tape are tied between trees creating 2 stretches of blue lines. The tape is light weight and very sensitive to air currents. This causes the tape to oscillate in the smallest breeze and can be whipped up and down at great speed in the wind. Sunlight falling on the tape highlights areas so that they appear as patches of hovering blue.
