A video still from performance II of Arabesque at the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, October 2002. The choreography was based on the famous Ardabil carpet in the Islamic gallery with its 'arabesque' motifs and performed to Keith Jarrett's saxophone piece 'Invocations One'. Concept and design - Julie Brixey-Williams. Choreography - Julie Brixey-Williams with dancers Karen Mok and Patricia Woltmann. Costumes - Kasumi Morimura.
