Ariadne Three

“Ariadne Three” revisits the Myth of Ariadne and the Cretan Labyrinth, using both the labyrinth motif from ancient sources [Cretan coins] and decorations from Minoan pots [Heraklion Museum]. Ariadne was far from a minor player in Greek Mythology; here disorienting patterns, might fittingly ward off the evil eye following her reprehensible behaviour.
