Part of my contribution to '4:33' cmr, Redruth, work around John Cage centenary.
I was feeling ambivalent about Cage and his rules , using dice etc, was it too restrictive?
As performing 4:33 shows, art needs a frame to be seen but can it also be too hemmed in?
