Behind the Curtain

Solo exhibition as part of the Project Space programme at Tintype Gallery, London. For this exhibition the gallery became an environment for performance in which up to three female protagonists employed a series of rudimentary props and costumes to create tableaux vivants of sacred and mythological characters. These were staged in the large gallery window and among cardboard scenery constructed in the space. The performance took place throughout the gallery opening hours for the length of the exhibition.
