BITS & PIECES

I was invited to make a live event/ 'Intervention' to an existing exhibition of work by Adam Gillam at Tintype Gallery, entitled, ' Stop Bugging Me'. I devised 'BITS & PIECES which is , exactly that. Through the year I have been taking lots of photographs and drawing almost every day, acting almost as a visual diary, playing with images and ideas, allowing myself some freedom away from the frustration of trying to get bigger Performance projects off the ground. The invitation led to a way of bringing a lot of things together in a kind of slideshow performance, of linked episodes of imagery, music, spoken word and Djing with records from my vinyl collection.
