Breaking Bread

An exhibition of new work exploring one of the central strands of Christian worship. In 2021 Ashman invited a group of Deaf dancers to perform a piece around Communion. The dance was filmed by Emil Kunda and photographed by Ashman. 12 large photo etchings and the edited film will be shown in an exhibition, Breaking Bread at the Swiss Church, London in June 2022.
