Those moments you catch your breath, suddenly discover something, are taken unexpectedly. You stomach can lurch with both positive anticipation and negative dread. You feel like your stomach has done a somersault. I have captured this in a swift gesture that is almost over before it bagan. To execute this I have to work fast, empty my mind of thoughts and act intuitively.
