Dennis Porter cleaning shrimps, Canal Foot

Raymond Porter's father, Dennis watches out for him coming back from shrimping and puts on the boiler so they can go straight in. They need to be cooked straight away while they are alive otherwise it’s difficult to peel them, this becomes difficult in hot weather as they can die on their way home.
