Dreams

My work is relaxing that focuses on taking you to a place that is beyond the reach of the human existence, almost dreamlike and floating. A landscape that hovers between the real and unreal. You can follow the paths on a journey into the space beyond. The organic forms are flowing helping you achieve your natural flow to gain a sense of the chi of things that surround you in your every day existence and in nature to engage a reconnection. During lockdown I used the unconscious automatic drawing/ painting as a method of working , and taking inspiration from nature I created a landscape that is dreamlike and floating (a place in-between reality and otherworldly). Space in the work takes you from reality helping to access the imagination into the tunnel at the centre of the work and beyond. 4x6inches - watercolour
