Evidence Seven

The Evidence series is a development from the Mysteries and the Realities Series and has now clearly curved back into allusions to “False Doors”. In Evidence Seven, although generated by investigating metamerism and its intentional failure, the predominant outcome is on another trajectory and the image hovers in the hinterland between painting and drawing. The Evidence is the paint; the mise en abyme will be in the perception of the viewer.
