Flight sketchbook 1

A3 hardback sketchbook containing drawings done in the field of swallows in flight, swooping over meadows feeding on a summers evening. In my research into home, place and displacement swallows have become symbols of the vulnerable, elemental, ephemeral, fleeting yet cyclical and eternal Graphite, gesso, silver leaf
