Goodnight and God Bless

The Book of Common Prayer wrapped with an embroidered ribbon. This is a piece that relates to remembrance. The book was used by my Grandmother on a weekly basis and contained all sorts of bits she had collected over her life. She had had it when I was a girl and the edges have worn through the touch of her hand. She died in 2010 aged 100. She had been instrumental in my upbringing. She would always tuck me in at night with the words 'Goodnight and God Bless'.
