Grief Card (Ace of Cups)

Part of a series of 5 paintings produced using divination methods (principally Tarot, Water Scrying, Bone Reading & Oneiromancy) to explore grief as an excessive, magical, rupturing force.

The series was designed new Grief Cards, designed particularly for the loss of queer and trans loves, responding to creating new grieving rituals for a grieving queer community who might be in conflict with blood family of the deceased.
