Here We Left It #5

Here We Left It is a series of short one minute videos that respond to an encounter with domestic imagination. Everyday objects, such as bin bags and discarded packaging, become video containers. The videos are brief, looped works where nothing much seems to happen. Silently flickering and barely moving, they depict fleeting moments of escape and the upending of the real in daily life. The title 'Here We Left It' is taken from Virginia Woolf's short story 'A Haunted House'.
