Is it a Wave or a Dolphin?

The original artworks are now framed and installed in the Balfour Hospital, Orkney and replicas made of polished acrylic have been installed in the Receiving Rooms (A&E) of the Balfour hospital and the Peedie Sea Children's Healthcare Centre, Orkney. In accordance with the GHAT brief, the artists commissioned two writers, Jen Hadfield and Lesley Glaister, to consult children and NHS staff in order to create poems and text relating to Orkney's natural heritage. Tumim & Prendergast have selected pieces of text and used stitch and photography to create these artworks pairings for the two Orkney locations.
