KIMONO O O OH (Toile)

Screen- Print & Lino-print on Calico I wanted to make a wearable piece where I could literally inhabit my work. Printed on calico and left with raw edges it’s like a ‘Toile’ The word "toile" can refer to the fabric itself, a test garment sewn from the same material, or a type of repeated surface decoration printed on the same fabric. The patchwork of my prints used include, 'Handover', 'Inside Out and 'Flöge'.
