Le Pommier

This is a fresco made during a course. L'Art de la Fresque, held at L'Abbaye Saint Jacut de la Mer in Brittany. The course was taught by artist and fresco expert, Isabelle Bonzom. Although I had previously made some plans, I ended up responding to the direct environment of the apple orchard. The fresco was done in three sections, using various layers of lime plaster and natural pigments mixed with water.
