Let The Light In

In northern Europe the light seeps through the windows almost apologetically but here, in the Mediterranean, it bursts in. This is a painting of that light coming through my window which overlooks the river Tavo in Farindola. It forms part of an installation of more than 50 paintings which together make a single composition of the interior of a typical home.
