This is a detail of a site-specific piece of work using words found in the churchyard surrounding St George's Church where the 'Papertrails' residency was based. They form a sort of dictonary of associations. Project supported by Arts Council England, The R C Sherriff Trust, Elmbridge Borough Council, Surrey Arts, Surrey County Council.

I think of this piece as a drawing which describes a circle in a very complicated way. It was made using a repetitive arrangement to accumulate near identical elements and yet what emerged emphasises the differences; the errors in the process. One of three related pieces.
