Made in Edinburgh is a stop-frame animation installation which shows the forensic unpicking of a hand crafted calligraphy document projected onto an institution style study table. This piece consists of a glass topped desk and a chair. Sat on the desk a 1920's typewriter. The animation back projected onto the glass topped table shows the dismantling of a hand written document from the archive of the Dovecot Tapestry Weaving Company. The animation only runs when the typewriter is being used.
