Meditation

One of a series of works about meditation. When I create I enter into what is known as the flow state. This is very similar to a meditative state in every way except the body moves intuitively dismissing intrusive thoughts. However as with meditation thoughts occur and when this does the hand judders, makes minor deviations which I find fascinating as it is the brain switching from subconscious to conscious becoming visible through the mark making I choreograph.
