Oslo Traces

Photographic print series and short animation. Within Oslo I explored the urban environment using the map of the government district cordon from July 2011. The delineated mapped out site was explored subjectively and physically through walking and mapping the visual and acoustic encounters of the marked out zones and their interstices. In this subjective encounter the embodied landscape is perceived as tactile via mark making and simulated via gps drawing and animated traces.
