Patterns in Steel and Glass

By  Michael Isles 2021

As the pandemic lockdowns gradually lifted, I went to London on occasion and started capturing some of the still-present solitude of that great and usually hectic city. As well as empty streets, I was struck by how isolated many of the buildings appeared, and I took photos that in a way exemplified the loneliness of some contemporary architecture.
