By Jeanette Barnes 2010 - 2011

Chris Dorley Brown

Large drawing of the rebuilding of Ground Zero from Vessey St, PATH station entrance. Showing commuters going to work whilst the big re-construction at Ground Zero, New York takes place around them. Done from many pencil sketches executed on the spot in New York, then worked up into the big drawing in the studio in London. Through different layers and stages of the drawing process bringing enregy and atmosphere to the subject.
