River Observations

Details from a 10m long frieze. This photographic work was made during a residency in Launceston, Tasmania. The studio's location in the Gatekeeper's Cottage at Cataract Gorge, a place of surveillance, gave a ??ltered' view of the river. This sequence of manipulated and reassembled photographs recorded the traf?c and changing moods of the river as observed from the studio.
