For a custom-modified [aka unique] Data Extracting / Wellbeing Survey created especially for the buyer following a Zoom conversation with the artist / Agent of #Sergina resulting in 2 sheets of stickers featuring the QR code leading to the tailor made survey which can be affixed to eggplants where and when so desired, including access to the backend of the survey that will show the data as harvested together with its pie charted analysis so long as Google Forms still exists and one sticker on its very own 6"x4" postcard signed by the artist [Eggplants to be supplied by the Collector]
