Short Back & Sides

Through being accepted onto the Pervasive Media Studio Winter Residency, Nikki Hogg, Jo Kimber and I formed a creative tech group called 'No Stone Unturned'. During the 2 month residency we R&D'd an idea focused on telling historic LGBTQ+ stories in the places they happened. With the generous assistance from Victoria Tillotson and David Haycock we developed an app that allowed you to access location based narrative audio recordings in specific places by interacting with sighted sculptures. https://www.alecstevens.co.uk/short-back-and-sides The R&D phase resulted in a showcase event within the Watershed to an audience of investors, academics and industry professionals.
