Dried banana skins are mounted on the wall using pins. The work has a fairy-tale atmosphere and hints at something abnormal, the dead reanimated, voodoo, haunted places. It links to preservation, Victorian taxidermy displays, nature, butterfly and insect collections. The forms are animated, yet decaying, mischievous but also threatening, tinged with humor and also intent.
