This image of 'The Stones of Stenness' is part of collection that made up the publication 'The Stones Remain' which came out to critical acclaim. Robin McKie in The Observer said, 'Rafferty's stark black and white photos are often strikingly beautiful and catch the peculiar bleakness so distinctive of standing stones.
