The Beginning, the Middle and the End

This is a diptych set in an interior with decorative furniture and patterned carpet. There are folding screens in the background suggesting shifting scenery. The same figure appears three times and is loosely related to the Three Fates; spinning thread, allotting thread and cutting thread.
