The naming of places "Cairnhill"

By  Joss Burke 2014
"Cairnhill" are street signs made to United Kingdom and French specifications, they're situated at the entrance to Cairnhill garden. A cairn is a manmade pile of stones used as a memorial or as a landmark, it is the same word in French. The word comes from Scottish Gaelic carn; akin to Old Irish & Welsh carne.
