This evolved out of my increasingly jaundiced view of our species and what a tragic mess we’ve made of ourselves, of the planet and of everything on it. It is essentially about the increasingly drastic failure of the centuries long socially constructed institution - ‘the Nuclear Family’ - designed to serve specific economic and political systems - ignoring the significance of the immediate environment’s impact in shaping early brain development and stripping away the communal safety net of the extended village, trapping members in an intense, privatised eco system with the potential of increased multigenerational toxicity and the destruction of the species.
