The Root is Nervous

The Root is Nervous is a video which contains elements of stop-motion and video edits of a performance.

The title The Root is Nervous is in reference to Ian Watson’s essay on The Forest As A Metaphor For The Mind: “The Word For World Is Forest” and “Vaster Than Empires And More Slow”, in relation to the similarities Ursula K. Le Guin and Joe W. Haldeman present forest as sentient beings.
