THE SEALED MEMORIES OF GREAT WAR VETERANS

By Phil Whiting 1997

This book sealed with PVA and painted over in acrylic was exhibited in the N.S.A. ‘Off the Wall’ exhibition held in The Newlyn Gallery in December 1998. It was purchased by a German couple making it the first work in my ‘Places of Mourning in the Western World’ series to sell.
