There's Something About Mary

The work responds to the history of St Martin's Church, Scarborough, and the founder Miss Mary Craven (1814 – 1889) . The hand-printed dress is layered with a design that is connected to the medievalism of the Pre-Raphaelite art found inside and an unexpected story about Mary herself.
