Painted for Aildanio - Disability Arts Cymru open

This is a self portrait of me, in front of my wheelchair wheel, I'm trying to embody the spirit of Aildanio - which means ‘rebirth’ or new beginning' in Welsh. This portrait didn't get in even though I thought it was exactly what the brief wanted! Another painting was accepted that really wasn't anything to do with the brief!
