Tib Street Horn is sited on the top of the ruins of a Victorian hat factory at the intersection of Tib Street and Church Street, just off Piccadilly in Centre Manchester. It is an urban landmark sculpture announcing the gateway to Manchester's Northern Quarter, which is currently enjoying cultural regeneration as the Creative Quarter, with many music shops, venues, cafes, studios and galleries. The horn represents a large musical instrument.
