This artwork concerns the 'tick box' on job application forms that asks the job seeker if you have a disability or not. The questions surrounding this are as follows : Are employers following the Law and giving disabled people interviews when they tick this box? Does the Job seeker tick this box or not in order to get a job? Does the Job seeker pretend they are without a disability? Do Employers reject applications when they see a tick in the box? This conceptual wall installation painting enhances the matter.
