Tin Churches: Swineford, South Gloucestershire

By Andrew Parker 2026

A documentation of tin tabernacles that have survived into the 21st Century. They are the first examples of prefabricated architecture. Many came in flat pack form, with most being erected between the late Victorian period and the 1920s.
