Sculpture at Swinfen Vale near Coalville Leicestershire. The sculpture is based on the agricultural, industrial and natural heritage of the new housing development. Based on the form of the plough share or blade the form is also a growing and flowing form. The imagery in the shares is linked to the south leicestershire colliery and the local flora and fauna. 2 companion benches are based on the Lincoln family who farmed at Upper Grange Farm on the site for generations.
