Part of a large scale drawing project responding to 'Wild: An elemental journey' by Jay Griffiths as part of my inquiry into the effect, emotionally, spiritually and culturally, the loss of wilderness through 'civilisation' has on indigenous peoples and, by default, our own well being. The loss of a 'wild way of knowing' and connection with the natural landscape and how this impacts on us and the places we inhabit.
