Vein - Spoken word, performance: Eleven metre scroll of transparent paper printed

Part of my final exhibition for my MA Fine Art show 29 Sept - 6 Oct 2017 University of Sunderland; Video, Performance, Writing, Audio, Performative Reading. The scroll is a work using stream of consciousness methods to respond to place, childhood memories, narrative, traum : the writing explores the trauma of domestic violence; witnessing and experiencing that violence as a child; finding ways of surviving and standing up and saying no to that abuse, while supporting others to do so, in a poetic and feminist act of writing.
