Welcome to the North......Screen-print experiments

Screen-print experiments of my mixed media collage, 'Welcome to the North.' The collage is created from hand and machine embroidered samplers, cutouts from my embroidered screen-prints on paper, newspaper cutouts and mark marking on paper. I digitally edited the collage on Photoshop, adding and subtracting areas. I also created a text layer that repeats, F*ck the Tories, F*ck the DUP. While screen-printing my design, I used hand cut puzzle and grenade shaped stencils to represent the uncertainty and confusing situation Post-Brexit in the North of Ireland.
